Refunds

All BSD Drone Inc. items are subject to a 15-Calender days refund window. The 15-Calender days refund window begins from the day customer receives delivery of drone from BSD Drone Inc.

During this time, customer may return your drone or accessory if it is in like-new condition. All returned goods will be inspected before the refund is issued. BSD Drone Inc. will be taking up to 15 days for inspection.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Any item damaged by fault of the user is not eligible for refund. All damages can only be repaired or replaced if it was due to any manufacturing defects. BSD Drone Inc. will replace defective drone upon inspection and return to the client within 30 days after receiving the defective unit. If drone is defective and non-repairable, BSD Drone Inc. will either replace with same or equivalent drone or refund the paid charges. Additional costs for express shipping methods purchased with your drone are non-refundable.

Return, Warranty, and Insurance coverage services may be offered only when the pilot follows local government regulations for unmanned aircraft. [drone]

DAMAGES

If a Drone / Accessory is damaged upon delivery, or is damaged due to malfunction, customer must contact us within 15 days with photo proof. Outside of 15 days, BSD Drone Inc. will not replace the item for damages incurred during transit. Damages that occur at the fault of the user /customer are not covered by BSD Drone Inc.

Drone malfunctions are covered by BSD Drone Inc's standard 1 year manufacturer warranty. All damaged items must be sent to BSD Drone Inc. for inspection, where BSD Drone Inc. technicians will determine the cause of the damages and notify you of your options for repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances and severity of damages. Items determined to be a malfunction will be repaired or replaced for free during the first year. Items determined to be damaged at the fault of the user / customer will incur a repair or replacement fee, determined by our drone technicians on a case-by-case basis.

DELIVERY MISSING/ NOT RECEIVED

Once the item has left our warehouse and is in transit to customer’s address in the courier companies' possession, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure delivery. BSD Drone Inc. has no control over the shipping companies' conduct. If an order is delivered and is stolen, missing, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact the shipping company for resolution. By ordering from BSDDrone.com, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree that you will not hold BSD Drone Inc. financially liable or responsible for an item not being delivered by a shipping company.

CANCELLATIONS

Customer must contact BSD Drone Inc. within 1 hour of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Any later than one hour, the fulfillment process has already begun after which time BSD Drone Inc. unfortunately cannot stop the shipping process. BSD Drone Inc. cannot guarantee cancelations, as BSD store is operated by a non-automated team of real employees. Therefore, BSD Drone Inc. urges all customers to be certain of his/ her order before submitting your purchase. Please use a live chat or send us a message from website to request a cancellation.

ORDER SHIPPED BY AMAZON

Some BSD Drone Inc. items are shipped via Amazon prime fulfilment to provide a faster shipping experience. If your item is fulfilled through Amazon, it is not eligible for cancellation as Amazon immediately begins the fulfilment process upon placing the order.

EXCHANGES

BSD Drone Inc. does not offer exchanges currently.

EXCEPTIONS -PREORDER

Any items ordered via pre-order, i.e. if the order is accompanied by a "ships out x day of x month", then customer will be able to cancel his/her order for up to 24 hours before the shipping date. After this time, BSD Drone Inc’s team has begun packaging and fulfilling all pre-orders.
